Happy to inform that EC discussed the various issues and decided the following:

A. Holding 3rd Biennial Conclave-2022:

1.To hold the Conclave on 08.01.2023, Sunday, at Salem.
2. Conclave fee for members is Rs.1500/- per head and Rs.1000/- each for their family members & children (over 12 years).
3. For non-members, the Conclave fee is Rs.2000/- and Rs.1500/- each for their family members & children (over 12 yrs).
4. Suitable VIPs in the Ceramic field will be invited to be the Chief Guests of the event.

B.Focus areas of ICTAA:

To suit the challenges ahead, it is decided to make 3 categories of our ‘vision & mission’ so as to work more effectively. They are:
1.Members -Super Seniors ( 60 years & above).
2. Members – Seniors (30 years to 60 years).
3. Student members/freshers/ICT affairs. (Detailed functions will be posted in the web-site).
4.To hold 5th AGM alongwith the 3rd Biennial Conclave-2022:
5.To elect the new EC/MC members to hold the office for the next 2 years.(Details will be hosted in the website).

6. 3rd Biennial Conclave-2022 – Organizing Committee:

Mr. A.Sakthi is made as the Chief of Organizing Committee for the Conclave-2022.
As the tasks are numerous, 5 to 6 sub-committees are formed by assigning the various tasks to each sub-committee to accomplish the goal. (Details are posted separately).

All Members are cordially invited to participate in the Conclave-2022 and AGM, alongwith their families, and make the events a ‘Grand Success’ as was done in the past.
